Pinky Brand, dotMobi's Director of New Markets, will speak at T.R.A.F.F.I.C. EAST 2007 on Friday, 12 October. At the live auction which follows the luncheon, ten dotMobi names will be available.

Hey, I like this -- if he gives a rousing enough speech, it might stimulate some extra bidding in those .mobi auctions! :coo2l:

Wish I was going to Traffic but couldn't make this one. I saw Pinky speak at the Traffic show in Miami last year before the Flowers.mobi sale and he was extremely impressive. I also had the good fortune to get to speak with him privately at one of the cocktail parties and it was there that I saw the depth of the commitment to marketing the Mobi brand.

Conferences such as this do cost a fair amount to attend but the knowledge gained is extremely valuable. Unfortunately I probably won't be able to attend another one until the Orlando one in May 2008.

The live auction at this Miami Traffic will be one to follow for sure ;)
