Headline reads:

Welcome to our Mobile Website dedicated to the kitchen!

mobi site created by a webmaster a site devoted to his wife who happens to be an expert cook. Site features old regional recipes that his wife has collected.

___________

Some info on webmaster Here (http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=it&u=http://www.ilmiositoweb.it/&sa=X&oi=translate&resnum=8&ct=result&prev=/search%3Fq%3DC.%2BFanucci%2B-%2BA.%2BCentorame%26hl%3Den%26client%3Dsafari%26rl s%3Den%26sa%3DG)

It www.ilmiositoweb.it domain was created in April 2000 (now prehistoric) from Cristiano Fanucci, old programmer, to include all his personal pages, the first scattered on various sites free of charge, starting from the site dedicated to the GFA-BASIC CLUB Bolognesi for programmers, then the history of Gubbio and S. Ubaldo, even when the town of Gubbio was not his website. Then he added a site dedicated to computer graphics and pyrography, which was passionate, another to the history of the family Fanucci and a site devoted to his wife, an expert cook who was collecting old recipes for regional Italian cuisine, creating a small Prize for the best recipe received from readers and a section dedicated to an old contest for chefs and restaurants: COOK THE GOLDEN of ITALIAN CUISINE, of which many years earlier I had been in the public jury. Indeed the latter site www .ilmiositoweb.it / cucinaregionale had an unexpected success and contributes much to the success of the domain which now has over 3 million visitors each year. Were then incorporated other sites give friends and relatives as Fabrizio Cece and Don Ubaldo Braccini, fellow painters as Giuranna and antiques lovers.....

Oh, man...I just got done eating and now I find this site.

It looks awesome.

Would be super for the author to provide an accurate English translation. The Google translator is fine for many thinks but I would not trust it because of its in accuracies.

And to pull these recipes off I would love to see them accurately interpreted.

I have really gotten into cooking when I am able to since I had to stop working because of serious back issues. I love Italian food and am making very healthy low fat, low sodium dishes with mostly homegrown/homemade ingredients.

The most shocking thing to me is how much flavor herbs and some spices can add to a meal.

Trix, I think you and I belong in Italy.

Bravo!

Ciao.

I've found a video of something very similar. http://revver.com/video/886184/bunet-dolce-piemontese/

I think this is sorta like Italian style Brownie ( w/ rum in it).
Yum!!!

Cooking sound good Gerry. What herbs do u get about now in your neck of the woods. I mean what USDA zone are you over where you are?

I'm in like zone 10 ( out of usda zone 1~11) I still have basils, peppers & thyme here --and I'm sure a lot of other kinds if I had them planted.

Happy cooking and eating!
