I just checked out adsense mobile, and it looks promising. The example sites were all .mobi or wap something or other.
The rules are different than for a traditional site. You are limited to 1 adsense block per page, and you can choose between a single (1 ad) or a double (2 ads). The double ads must be on the bottom of the page but can be above the footer.
Enjoy, and go make money.

There's money to be made by the first person to offer a whypark type system for mobiles - I'll be your first customer!

Hi there!
I don't see where it says a double text ad can only be placed at the bottom; perhaps, the rules have changed? or, I may be missing it?
Thanks
Kind Regards,
Yelo
I don't make the rules, Yelo, sorry - I just report what I found. :dontknow: If you find a better answer please tell me. Thanks!

you still cant add google adsense to site.mobi built sites though
for people like me who cant do php etc, is really holding us back and development.
also shortage of affiliates actering to do mobile friendly pages on links
frustrated at minute, real lack of quality out there as options :hmmmm2:

Thank feck for that! I thought I was doing something wrong....
Are there any templates out there that you can put mobile adsense on - some members are using mofuse but I'd like to see some more results.
nah. you're not doing anything wrong.
site.mobi haven't got round to allowing you to add adsense as building.
you cant just add to xhtml, it don't work
now, i dont understand php, or css style sheets etc for mobi
if anyone fancies giving any simple tips, or templates....much appreciated
for the big jobs, i pay developers, when they're around :rolleyes2:, but for the bulk, i just wanna get a load out there, but also earn some $. without at least adsense, whats the point?
also site.mobi sites are only soso, they look crap really

Martin, how about knocking up a few templates for us cut and pasters? Something nice and simple with the ability to place mobile adsense code, banner codes etc

Yes, double ads have to be at the bottom of the page.
Php files are stored in public-html just like everything else. I don't know php but I know files ending in .php instead of .xhtml are moving parts inside the main site and go into public-html.
