New .com and .mobi combo

The .com was purchased on the secondary market and the .mobi was regged.

Will take this towards the ipodn' lifestyle of downloads and accessories, time permitting.

I know this has been brought up, but are there any new thoughts on it?I think there can be. If you are going to promote and brand one, you can easily do both on different platforms and formats.

I will agree that at the present time, .com is the standard and will remain so for the PC. But there is no doubt that .mobi will be the mobile internet connective and tld of choice.

So I will use both to reach a broader appeal and audience. In this case, with the new iPod Touch being wifi and connecting to the internet, I think this makes sense to try to grab some of this market from two aspects...the PC and the mobile.

Gerry, I recently picked up iPodster.com on ebay for $10, and sold it a year later for $3k. There are some iPod fanatics out there, so could be a good p/u. GL.
