dotMobi has just announced a series of online auctions in partnership with Sedo, and the first of those seven-day auctions will open on 26 September 2007 at 12pm EST with further auctions to follow in late October and November.

Assuming mTLD had faith in their product and does not think that their product has a shelf-life, why not wait until now to roll out names when the product is more marketable. Its good business. They consistently demonstrate good business skill.

Now looking back on the top .mobi holders, wow, mTLD will make a fortune - that'll fund some initiatives, salaries and holiday parties.
