Yes...many have responded. Very, very talented people. Not that I won't commit to anybody that's responded. But RIGHT NOW, in this phase of the company, I am required to talk to "X" amount of candidates.

Then among "X" candidates...I need the following:

(1) Commitment...the time to get projects done is Important
(2) Masters/Bachelors education in CS...shows One can be committed and Knows Wat the Heck is going on
(3) Experience...shows One is capable of doing what Co. needs
(4) Logistics...gotta be able to have in-person meetings at least Once a week
(5) Passion...wants to make money, and wants to be at the "A" game
