I would like a section that newcomers can go to and actually find out what .mobi is. Give them something to read and understand what it can do, the advantages of .mobi A beginner is sometimes overwhelmed by info here, helping them would help .mobi too!
Just my 2cts.

Along the same lines of what photoman said, how about code snippets for site building right here, so others can copy / paste coding to make simple sites quickly and effectively for newbies?

That would be the purpose for the development section. Over time it should be a nice source of information.

That would be the purpose for the development section. Over time it should be a nice source of information.Exactly. For example, I've already created a download file (http://www.mobility.mobi/showthread.php?t=22) using WURFL for anyone to easily auto-detect PC's/Mobiles and redirect accordingly. Pilot created a feature for driving directions for anyone to use. As it grows, we'll have more and more code and stuff to make development as easy as possible without having to re-invent the wheel.
If you think of a better way of organizing the development section, definitely let us know.
