I don't speak much German, but I was reading the New Posts here on this forum, and saw Binaryman respond to another post by a new German member.
So, Binaryman...I owe you a great debt.
I do know the meaning of Was ist los? and nearly fell out of my chair when I saw that the .net and .mobi was available. This has to be one of the most commonly spoken phrases and even beginners learn this.
Was ist los? What's up?; Sup? [coll.]; How's the crack?; What's cracking? [Ir.] [coll.]
Was ist los? SUP : What's up?
So I got the .net and the .mobi.
It is so commonly used and spoken that this is a no-brainer for me and who cares about OVT and returns, etc.
Mein bling-bling!
Any native speakers interested in developing feel free to contact me with ideas and possible co-developing.
