hello my names is Jamie, Recently turned 20 and studying Marketing and advertising at university, I have been making money online since I was 16 from importing to SEO and online marking and pyramid schemes I have done a lot of things hehehe.
I am relatively new to the world of domains and also new to mobi's, Purchased my first domain a .com around 18 months ago and have 50 names now, I do my research before buying domains look for tradmarks, look for end users, look at ovt scores and past sales data. I am one for developing rather then parking domains and turning domains into a active place where they make revenue daily and also increasing PR and my network of sites as I go.
I was a week late on the first land rush for mobis but I scored a few domains, some were quite decent, a few LLL.mobi's and some high OVT keywords.
I sold off some of the LLL's and now see these have been re sold for even more by their new owers.
I have been sued over a mobi domain which I owned as well, apparent trademark breach even though ti was not on the database for trademarks, even though the name is unknown and not even released to the public when I purchased it, the company who set the case offered me a cash settlement price and I took it, because I didn't want to fight them.
Moving on I now hold around 10 mobi's not a great number but on my initial investment I have made my money back 6 times over so I am not complaining.
