actually mobis go cheap all time. if you can build out a fullblown pc site and a mobile compliant mobi friendly one too is the key

Yes, I did mean best deal for the buyer. Although that brings up another interesting question. Can a site be a good deal for .mobi simply since it has easy dev opportunities?
