My personal preference is for generic terms as you can tell and firm belief is that in time with the build-out of the mobile web, people will use it to search information on just about any topic imaginable and businesses will take advantage of the mobile screens as mini billboards.

ProChoice, ProLife You could play both sides of the fence with these.

Nice collection of generics. Lots of DEV potential in your samples.

Some wonderful prime foreign generics, also. Thanks. Got a few non-english terms - have seen lots of nice ones regged since then for those who made the effort and took the plunge - they will do well down the road. Nice to see a portugese term do very well on SEDO this week (hoteis.mobi).

BTW - Nice to see a picture of the world's first four-legged Mobi as your avatar. My brother has a 10-week old keeping him busy at the moment. Great dogs, the labs.

I think that is EXACTLY what I said to Bill when I met him. Bill has one of the best portfolios I've seen. The best part is he is genuinely humble about it - such a level-headed nice guy.

:D <-- Envy...bigtime.

Bricio - - Thanks for the heads-up about Alimento (food), Diamantes (diamonds), Flor (flower) being Portuguese terms as well as Spanish terms. Being functionally limited to understanding one language (English) like myself, that's a nice surprise. I'd recommend that everyone else in the same boat who has registered Spanish terms double check to see if they are also Portuguese terms - definitely expands their future application and markets.

Pcaero, cobo, Tim - - Thank you for your kind comments. We all have put our time, energy, and resources into this extension and have the opportunity to watch it unfold over the next few years. It is interesting to see the wide variety and scope of names held by Mobility members as more and more members post their ".mobi samplers". I especially enjoy those who focused on a particular niche that reflects their personal interests - knowing that for them it will be more fun to develop their sites as time goes on. I've got a couple areas that will hopefully hold my interest for a few decades, Big Guy willing.

Best case scenario is ten years down the road we all have ourselves some nicely developed mobile internet properties and enjoy the fruits of our labors. Worst case scenario is that we end up with holdings that include good generic and/or brandable terms in just another domain extension (albeit a global one). My guess is that we'll end up somewhere in between - but that won't stop me from believing in or working towards the former possibility.

This is a great list of generics.
I didn't find out the importance of generics until *after* the pre-reg period, so I definitely don't have this quality of generics in my collection. If .mobi does well, these puppies will be very easy to sell.

My faves?

Whiskey, all of your Spanish ones are prime, triathlon, EiffelTower. Nice job...
