Need a 320x356 screen cap of GasFoodLodging.mobi

Can anyone provide me with an iPhone screen cap of GasFoodLodging.mobi? I'm submitting it to the iPhone Web Apps, and they need a 320 x 356 resolution capture, and that doesn't work very well in terms of a PC screen cap. I assume that would be the iPhone resolution?

Your help would be very appreciated! Thanks...For my iPhone Web Apps submission, I just adjusted the browser on the PC to a 320px width, did a 'print screen', pasted into Fireworks/Photoshop, cropped it to 320x356, and pasted it onto the iPhone template they provide - worked fine.
