Hi, just wondering why I've been getting a large spike in traffic for iLyrics.
I know the Mobi of the Month helps but I googled iLyrics.mobi & saw this write up in the Berry Review ,( blackberry site)
http://www.berryreview.com/2008/06/06/ilyricsmobi-find-song-lyrics-from-your-blackberry/
I also noticed that Pilot.mobi just received a prior write up also .

Your site looks nice, but I would consider the background. I'm a person that have trouble reading in the dark. I hope my comment doesn't bother you.

No bother at all, I always welcome constructive critisizm. Are you viewing from a PC or a mobile device ?
I understand that some folks may have some problems with dark backgrounds on a PC format site but when viewed from mobile it's less iritating which this and all mobi site are intended for.
Thanks for your honest opinion.

TH, I just found this the other day myself. Love the free coverage, but in the article they kinda ding pilot. They say that for maps, google is better. Don't get me wrong, pilot isn't a multi-billion dollar company, but it does do some things that google doesn't. Firstly, there are no downloads and no use of javascript, which makes it useable on all cell phones. Secondy, we customize our maps/directions for others to use on their sites and google doesn't. I wish I could find the author and try to make some of these points.
Sorry, back to your OP. Congrats on the coverage!!!

Pilot, I noticed that there is a place to post your comments on the coverage.
I think you should set the records straight for the viewers of the article on Pilot.mobi
I didn't read the coverage prior to my post or I would have put my 2 cents in under comments.
Sometimes that's all it takes . We all know better than what they posted but the records should be set straight & I will answer that write up later after the art Fair.

Congrats TH. It's a good source of traffic and repeat users. They reviewed newhairstyles back in November and I still get traffic from them. I noticed they have a new section for mobile websites and mine is stuck under internet. Once I get my newest updates down, I'll send them a request to change the category as well. Rep coming your way for the terrific mobi site!
Pilot, add your comments. I did just that and got a fast response. What you say is so true and deserves to be seen.

Congrats Tophatter,
Awesome site & great to hear about the write up!
I think the timing for this to happen is awesome. Pretty soon summer break will be upon us & more visitors with Blackberry and all other web enabled mobile device will have more opportunity/time to visit your site.
