Heineken is mainstream here in Holland (In other countries it's luxurious)

my favorite thing about getting a pint in Holland is the little spatchela used to whisk off the head. had such a smile the first time i saw that. my favorite place for beer has to be belgium, where stella artois is not considered very good either.

I told my mates about that and they said "You don't drink the froth so why have it, just give me more beer" I know the head is meant as a quality type thing in Holland but I like beer, and while we talk about froth I prefer latte's over cappuccino's any day because of the same reasons.... just trying to think how i could tie all this into .mobi..... I can't.....:laugh:

my comment isnt about the head itself. its the graceful way of lobbing off some of the head for a nice clean presentation of the pint to you. i'm a fan. also any drinking utensils and rituals are usually pretty nice.

check for Heinekentour mobi, i wouldnt reg it if its open, beggin' to be plucked.

I like how the Belgiums present the beer to you, they scrub and pre-wash your glass in front of you, pour the beer, whisk the head, then again wash the outside glass by gently dunking into clean basin filled with water. I'm a belgium beer man myself, leffe blonde, and hoegaarden all the way 4 me!
