I seems to recall that a guy regged myflorida.mobi and was sued by the state for TM infringement (they had myflorida.com). Don't know if he won, or if any of yours are covered by TMs. But it is something to consider. Even if he won, paying lawyers is no fun!!

As a general rule, geo names without any additions/modifications are usually OK to reg (if you can find any that are still available). For example, registering florida.mobi (or .com, .net, etc.) would be OK because no one has rights to the the term "Florida" by itself. But when you have a geo-related name that is mixed with other letters/numbers/terms, there is a chance that the original "creator" of it has TM rights. When in doubt, a search of the USPTO database is always a good idea.
