I am encouraged by egnited drive to set up devteam.mobi at the age of 18 years old.

During the past six days, doing the coordinating for devteam.mobi. I notes that egnited is too busy with studies or other stuffs. I also totally helpless against junk post too.

In term of commercial return, to avoid any further times waste . I decided to quit devteam.mobi.

Hopes to obtain understandings from all members of devteam.mobi

Sorry you've decided to leave at such an early stage. Your enthusiasm has been very apparent and appreciated.
It seems to me though your expectations are differing from many others. I respect your opinions and work ethic. But it seems to me that this has been more of an individual effort vs a "team" effort. You first suggested members to submit names and ideas. From the submissions, you suggested real estate and asked for opinions. I could not find any other comments from others from the team agreeing or disagreeing. Just your efforts to push on with no real plan.
You mention the term "commercial" numerous times without giving us your definition of this term. What you feel is "commercial" might differ from others on the team.
Then, without discussing what others are really looking for in this team effort, you take it upon yourself to draft up an agreement with numbers that seemed to have been pulled out from the air :dontknow:.
Again, just my observations, but it seems there is an interest in working together. But as the old saying goes, Rome was not built in a day! This will take a little time and team effort.
If the team want to do a profit sharing type of project from a single member's name "leased" for a specific disclosed term, then a vote should be taken and approved by he majority.
Personally, I like the idea of everyone on the team getting one of their mobi's developed in a team effort. I believe it is a fair way of everybody getting a slice of the pie.
This post is not to bash Onassis and his valid attempt to get the ball rolling. Again, I applaud his efforts. I just don't agree with him / her.

Onassis, I think you have a great idea here that needs to be developed more. I agree with Work In Progress that for the group to succeed there needs to be more consensus. Good luck with your studies, and come back and see us on your school breaks. You will be welcome here.

I am not the one who study. It is egnited.

I quitted due to I totally helpless in maintaining the site as a member like all of us. I give up after pm several times to egnited when he online.

Delighted by your questions.

Firstly, the site was new. I have put several category of .mobi. I noted that the most complete .mobi sector is property based upon the namepros and mobility posts.

I start a post to ask for the term and suggestion as most of you ask!!. But no response. Therefore, I draft an agreement and put some contents on the threads for opinions while seeking for property .mobi from members.

Several response from you guys after seeing the draft agreement. I am delighted and answer all the questions.

I quitted because it seem pointless that I cannot get things done at devteam.mobi after plenty of pm to egnited. At least, I noted in 6 days rather than 6 months or 6 years.

Notes: I just wanted devteam.mobi to be success like everybody else.
