"Oh, and this is an unofficial rendering from T3"
That's more than likely NOT what the phone will look like, if there is in fact going to be a google phone.
Remember all of the artist interpretations of what the iphone would look like? They were way off.

Interesting! :)
The representation (drawing) looks nice, slick - if this 'phone comes off and hits production. I noted the 'Orange' logo at the top of it too.
Look forward to seeing more updates on this. :)

Looks like another giant is hopping on the mobile phone market, is this perhaps a sign of things to come! information/communication is king and companies are getting in on it! Now where is the google .mobi button on the phone!!!???

:argh:And the beauty of it is that mobi may be right in the middle of the action with the new cell phone/internet era....Upcoming The more new phones out there (that mimic the iphone/blackberries/helios ect...) the better... And other companies will follow...But there are standards to the mobile web right? (I think I read that saying somewhere before) :dontknow:
:adore:
I'm gona create a new film soon called.

Hey guys, im new on mobility.mobi. Nice to see such an active .mobi community online.
Theres one thing that puzzles me; why would Google use firefox as a base for the Google phone when they have their own browser (Google Chrome)? It is a lot more advanced than firefox and IE. It borrows its features from firefox as well (things like tabs, history, etc.)
Maybe because Chrome is still beta? They can fix that though... They are crazy to put another browser if they have their own already.
What do you guys think?

Monis...this thread is from April last year:) at the time of the link posted it was all speculation. No-one had heard about Chrome yet at that stage. And so the Google phone turned out to look nothing like that sketch. pity actually..the phone in the sketch looks much nicer then the Gphone which was eventually released
