Primarily using:
PHP/JSP
Wall taglib
WURFL
However am investigating www.deviceatlas.com (http://www.deviceatlas.com) as an alternative to WURFL.
As for creating - basically mobile experiences of social networks using APIs

Nice
Was hoping for another asp.net man (feeling quite alone as .net developer at mobility.mobi), but I really can understand your choice for opensource.
Also investigating deviceatlas, but hoping on more properties..(how can I check for example is a device supports javascripting)
Once again...always good to see another developer around. You will find a lot of soulmates around here (Rob, Developmy.mobi, Egnited for example. And they're good...)
