May I suggest an area for members to use only perhaps for all the links to TM sites such as the US agency and UK agency Etc etc??
Most other domainer forums have it and i think it could be a good tool to encourage newbies to look at to prevent them getting caught in the TM trap.
Also maybe a link to the WIPO database for their archived preceedings etc and judgements blah blah.
Basically in all, a section where you can research and decide if a name is TM'ed and check your own to protect your domains. Probably would be suited to the legal section that we have now.
